The Functional Training area is a dedicated space for equipment and workouts that mimic your body’s natural movement.
Training in this space gets you away from guided workouts. With functional training, your muscles are forced to stabilize your movement because you don’t have the support of a machine.
You will be able to torch double the calories because you have no choice but to use multiple muscle groups at once! This means you can spend less time working out because more muscles are putting in the work.
